The Aurukun Community Safety plan outlines how we will build on the strength, pride, beauty and richness of our unique and ancient people, values, lore customs and culture and maximizes opporotunities for local social, cultural, recreational, educational and economic growth and development.
Community Safety Plan 2013-2014
The Community Safety Plan for 2016-2017 is currently being developed by the Community Safety Committee. The focus is firmly on providing a safe and secure community for all of its residents, especially women and children. The updated plan will be uploaded once finalised.
